Kale Chips

I made Kale chips last night and they were awesome! They tasted like baked lays.

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Clean kale and tear into "chip size" pieces
  3. Lightly coat in olive oil and kosher salt
  4. Place on baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes or until crispy
