Paleo Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

Everything is better with bacon. We first had these brussels sprouts at Tribeca Grill and decided we must try them at home.

2/3 pound pancetta cut to 1/8" thick
1 Bag Frozen Whole Foods Brussels Sprouts
Fresh Ground Pepper Pepper
Chicken Broth

  1. Cut pancetta into small cubes.
  2. Put brussels sprouts in pot with chicken broth. Cook with lid on for 10 minutes.
  3. While brussels sprouts are cooking, saute bacon in frying pan. Grind fresh black pepper on.
  4. Pour bacon with grease into cooked brussels sprouts.
